Linda de Winter will take over as CIO from Marco Bazzani, who is leaving Swisscard as part of his long-term career plan to tackle private projects from May 2023. Linda de Winter has been Head of Development and Member of the IT Executive Board at Swiss Post since 2016. Previously, she held various positions at Swisscom, most recently as Head of Cloud Development. The mother of three began her professional career with Siemens in the Netherlands and Germany, after obtaining a degree in business administration and a Master of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Groningen. She also holds an MBA specializing in Strategic and Financial Management from Webster University and a CAS in General Management for Boards of Directors from the Rochester-Bern Executive Programs. In 2019, she was honored with the Inspiring Fifty award for being a role model for women and girls in the tech industry. With her leadership experience and broad expertise in digital transformation and the management of complex IT landscapes, Linda de Winter is the ideal candidate to further accelerate Swisscard’s digitalization process.

Roman Binder will join Swisscard as the new CFO. He will succeed Wilhelm Rohde, who left Swisscard in August 2022 to pursue his career outside the company. Roman Binder has many years of international management experience in finance, risk and strategy, having held positions at the major banks UBS and Credit Suisse in Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong as well as executive management roles at financial service providers for sustainable investments. The father of two is currently the CFO at Microcaps, an ETH spin-off start-up. He started his professional career as a management consultant specializing in Corporate Finance & Strategy, having obtained a "lizenziat rerum politicarum" degree at the University of Basel, majoring in corporate finance, business information technology and operations research. With his extensive management experience at major corporations in the financial industry, his numerous CFO roles and entrepreneurial positions, Roman Binder is the ideal candidate for Swisscard, the payment joint venture between Credit Suisse and American Express.
