The Swisscard Login gives you access to the Digital Services from Swisscard: the Swisscard app, the Web Services and the Membership Rewards Shop. You can create the login in the Swisscard app or online.

You can create your Swisscard Login in the Swisscard app or the web browser. Registering via the Swisscard app is the recommended approach, as it means you can set up the app on your smartphone at the same time and use all the Digital Services from Swisscard.
We sent you the activation letter by post after your card application. It contains a personal QR code to activate your login. The activation letter is valid for 30 days from receipt. If you can’t find it, you can request a new activation letter in the Swisscard app.
The delivery generally takes a few working days.
If you still have access to your old smartphone, you can activate the Swisscard app on your new device. To do this, open the app on your new smartphone and scan the QR code which is displayed in the app on your old device.
If you no longer have access to your old smartphone, you will need your activation letter with the QR code.

You can order a new activation letter in the Swisscard app. For security verification, you will receive an SMS code and you can then confirm your postal address.
