You can request a change of name in writing by post. Please send us a letter with your current and new name, your credit card account number, and a copy of an official identification document.
Yes. Once the processing is successfully completed, we will automatically issue you a new credit card with your updated name.
Yes. You can continue using your existing credit card until you receive your new card.
Copies of official documents such as a passport, Swiss identity card, marriage certificate, driver’s license, or residence permit for foreigners clearly showing the new name are considered acceptable.
For your security and legal reasons, it is not possible to change your name details online.
