Remote Work
We are flexible in the choice of where you work within Switzerland. Our employees work in the office, on the road or in co-working spaces. We make it possible to work from within the EU (up to 20% of the working time already worked in the calendar year). We provide the appropriate hardware for this.
Flexible working time models
With our annual working hours, we have significantly expanded the scope for structuring working hours. Supplemented by flexitime and part-time models, we enable our employees at all levels to achieve an optimal work-life balance.
Vacations and unpaid leave
We think there needs to be a healthy balance between working hours and free time. That’s why we at Swisscard take slightly longer vacations than others:
- 5 to 6 weeks’ paid vacation per year (depending on your age)
- Vacation purchase (additional 10 days per year possible)

Paid break
Even during a workday, short breaks are important to maintain concentration. We support our employees in this with two paid 15-minute (morning & afternoon) breaks.

- Swisscard’s own defined contribution pension fund with age-dependent salary deductions, 40% of which are financed by the employee and 60% by Swisscard
- Choice between Budget, Standard and Maxi contribution options
- The risk contribution of 3% is fully financed by Swisscard.
- In addition, the variable wage component is insured in the bonus plan.
- Possibility of improving retirement benefits by paying in additional purchase sums, which are credited to the savings balance from non-compulsory pension provision.
And because you can never know exactly what the future holds, we offer you comprehensive insurance coverage for occupational and non-occupational accidents as well as up-to-date and fair daily sickness benefits insurance.
- Swisscard fully finances the occupational and non-occupational accidents premiums for all employees.
- Our employees are insured against non-occupational accidents worldwide and privately, including legally excluded risks.
- In the event of long-term illness, our employees are insured for up to two years.
