Remote work
We are flexible in terms of where you work in Switzerland. Our employees work in the office, at home, and at co-working spaces. We allow our staff to work anywhere in the EU (up to 20% of total hours worked in the calendar year). We provide our employees with the appropriate hardware to enable them to do this.
Flexible working time models
With our annual working time model, we have significantly increased our employees’ scope to structure their working hours. Supplemented by flexitime and part-time arrangements, we enable employees at every level of seniority to achieve the best work-life balance.
Vacations and unpaid leave
We believe that there should be a healthy balance between an employee’s working hours and free time. That’s why we offer longer vacations at Swisscard than other companies:
- 5 to 6 weeks’ paid vacation per year (depending on age)

- Swisscard’s defined contribution pension scheme with age-related salary deductions, 40% of which are funded by the employee and 60% by Swisscard

- Risk contribution of 3% fully funded by Swisscard
- The variable salary component is also insured in the bonus plan.
- Possibility to enhance retirement benefits by paying in extra which is credited to the savings balance from the supplementary pension provision

- Swisscard fully funds the occupational and non-occupational accident premiums for all employees.
