Transakt-App: new smartphone
If you are replacing your current device with a new smartphone or tablet, you can transfer many settings and most applications, including the Transakt-App too. However, you have to reactivate the app changing your profile for security reasons.
What you need to change your profile:
- The number of the credit card you have registered
- This credit card’s account number
- Your new smartphone or tablet with the Transakt-App
If you haven’t transferred or installed the Transakt-App yet, you can download and install the latest version from the App Store (for iPhones and iPads) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices).
Changing your profile in four steps
- Select the card you installed first: American Express, Mastercard, Visa. The profile will be automatically changed for all cards.
- Enter the card number and its card account number.
- Make a note of the 9-digit code we send you by SMS.
- Open the Transakt-App and reactivate the app using the SMS code.
