How to set up Apple Pay on your iPhone:

  1. Add card
    Open the Wallet app and select the Plus sign top right.
  2. Enter card details
    Enter the card details using your iPhone camera or manually. Then enter your card’s security code.
  3. Accept the Terms of Use
    Select "Next", read the Terms of Use for using the standard card with Apple Pay and accept them.
  4. Security check
    For security reasons, we ask you to call us or we will send you a confirmation code by SMS.
  5. Setting up the standard card
    Open the Wallet app, select and hold the standard card. Drag the card to the front and let it go. You will then receive confirmation of your new card settings.

How to set up Apple Pay on your Apple Watch:

  1. Connect the devices
    Couple your iPhone with your Apple Watch.
  2. Add card
    Enter your card’s security code to add your standard card from your iTunes account. You can also choose "Add another card" and enter the card details using your camera.
  3. Enter card details
    Enter the card details using your iPhone camera or manually. Then enter your card’s security code.
  4. Accept the Terms of Use
    Select "Next", read the Terms of Use for using the standard card with Apple Pay and accept them.
  5. Security check
    For security reasons, we ask you to call us or we will send you a confirmation code by SMS.

  • What is Apple Pay?

    • Apple Pay is the new payment system from Apple for iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches. The payment system works using a contactless function as well as Apple's own Wallet app. An existing card can easily be registered in the Wallet app for this.   • Where can I pay using Apple Pay?

    • Anywhere a payment terminal is equipped with NFC (Near Field Communication). This technology allows for secure data exchange. You can already make contactless payments all over the world today.

  • How do I pay using Apple Pay?

    • When you pay, you hold the device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch) up to the NFC terminal. Your finger is placed on the Touch ID fingerprint scanner or the code is entered to authorize the purchase. You no longer need a PIN code for your card, as usual up until now.

  • How secure is Apple Pay?

    • Apple Pay is an easy, secure and private payment method that is based on your card's current security functions. Apple Pay does not save any transaction data and your card number is never shared on your device or when paying the merchant.

      As cardholders authorize the payment through a fingerprint sensor (Touch ID) or code (iPhone/IPad) or unlocked Apple Watch, it is also guaranteed with Apple Pay that only the owners of the devices are making the payment.

  • What do I need to use Apple Pay?

    • You can basically use Apple Pay with your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. The technical requirements are:

      • For iPhone: iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and 6 Plus or newer
      • For iPad: iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 4 or newer
      • Apple Watch: without iPhone too or then connected via Bluetooth to an iPhone 5 or newer
         
  • Which cards work with Apple Pay?

    • Apple Pay is available for the following products since November 2016:

      • American Express Charge Cards
      • SWISS Miles & More Credit Cards
      • SWISS Crew Credit Cards
      • mydrive Credit Cards
      • BLUE from American Express
      • American Express Credit Card Gold
      • Neutral Mastercards
      • wow Visa Card
