3-D Secure: forgotten password / changing the password
The new 3-D Secure process works with a dynamic SMS code that is generated new for every payment or using the Transakt app with which you can authorize every payment with one click. The previous password is no longer required.
Forgotten password: What can you do?
- If you have stored your cell phone number in your customer details and want to authorize online payments using the SMS code, you don’t have to do anything.
- If you have not stored your cell phone number yet and have not received an SMS code for online payments, you have to contact customer service.
- If you want to confirm or decline online payments easily, quickly and securely, install and register for the Transakt app.
